In 1957, it was furnished with great pleasure by the house owner Mrs. Gertrud Aebi-Hoffmann.

Unfortunately, Mrs. Aebi was not able to enjoy it for long, as she died shortly afterwards.

After that, Mr. Albert Aebi and his sister-in-law Mrs. Käthi Ellenberger successfully continued to rent out the holiday apartments at Chalet Wättertanne until 1978.
